Arrive Rishikesh in our office & give you some safety instruction then drive to Kaudiyal ( One Hour ) . Later, start from Kaudiyala to Rishikesh. Today, we hit some of the most exciting rapids on the Ganga i.e. Butter Fly , The Wall , Black Money, Three Blind Mice, Body Surfing, Cross Fire, return to Sender, Roller Coaster, Tea off, Golf Course, Club House, Initiation, Double Trouble . One can make this section more exciting by trying body surfing in many rapids during the stretch . Enjoying the river bank life along the Ganga Arrive Rishikesh. Tour terminates
Ganga River Rapids
- All the 19 excellent rapids that fall between Kaudiyala and Rishikesh have been categorized into different classes or grades according to the international grading system. Rapids at Kaudiyala are Grade III rapids and Grade IV. These rapids are termed as 'difficult', as they feature serious obstacles to rafters sailing along. Irregular waves, rocks and many highs await you along this white water stretch of River Ganges. The passage is clear but narrow bringing challenges for adventurers while they navigate the Ganga river rapids. An excellent example of these rapids is 'The Wall', where 9 out of every 10 raft boats flip over.
AGE GROUP & ABILITY
- To be able to enjoy white water rafting along Grade III and Grade IV rapids at Kaudiyala, you need to fall into the age group of 14 years to 45 years. Adventure lovers should at least have a previous rafting experience of 1-2 times. It is strongly advisable not to run these white water rapids without prior experience and expertise. The boat operator must be a swimmer and adept at all the essential techniques of river rafting. Being physically fit and sound is a must to enjoy these Ganga rapids.
